This salad is heart-healthy and gluten-free.

  • 6 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • Lime zest, for garnish, if desired

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Arrange peach halves skin side up on the grill. Grill the peaches for approximately 1 to 2 minutes, then turn and grill for 2 to 3 minutes more.
